National Parks Give Free Weekend Passes Starting June 20th

This is great news for Outdoor Sports enthusiasts.

This summer you can visit over 100 US National Parks and Monuments free on three weekends starting on June 20th and 21st. Earlier this month Interior Secretary Ken Salazar made the announcement that the entrance fees will be waived on the weekends of June 20-21, July 18-19, and August 15-16.

This does include these treasured destinations, the Grand Canyon and Yosemite National Parks.

To make the fun even more affordable, many national park concessioners are joining the National Park Service in welcoming visitors on this summer’s fee free weekends with the their own specials and discounts.
